Shillong, Sept 30: A bail application was moved before the High Court of Meghalaya by the wife of BJP state vice president and Tura MDC Bernard N Marak, on Friday.
After the bail application was filed by the wife LK Gracy, the court heard submissions of counsels for both the petitioner and the government. However, the order is yet to be posted.

Earlier on July 26, Marak was arrested from Hapur district in Uttar Pradesh following an alleged prostitution racket at his private farm house which led to the rescue of 5 minors and arrest of 73 persons.
At least three cases were registered against Marak.
