Shillong, Jan 15: Retired police official M Kharkrang, who is the current state executive member and spokesperson of BJP, has filed his application for BJP ticket from North Shillong Constituency.
He filed the application through the Mandal President Malcolm Najiar.

The application was handed over to the president Ernest Mawrie by the Mandal president in the presence of Dipayan Chakraborty, G S Nongbet State GS , Sherwan Jhunjhunwala state finance secretary, Pawan Sharma, State Executive Member.
Also present were presidents of BJYM & Mahila Morcha of North Shillong alongwith other executive members.
