Shillong, Jan 24: AITC candidate from Pynthorumkhrah Samborlang Diengdoh has decided to contest as Independent after resigning from the party.
Diengdoh told reporters at Shillong Press Club on Tuesday that due to the mud slinging nature of campaign and politics, he wanted to contest as an Independent.
