Shillong, Feb 27: The AITC has alleged that several Meghalaya TMC workers of Phulbari were attacked by NPP workers at Charbatapara booth under the constituency, on Tuesday night.
The attack took place around 10.30 pm.

The NPP workers vandalised the meeting place of Meghalaya TMC, the AITC said in a statement.
“The NPP workers barged into the meeting premises creating a ruckus. Following which, Nozrul Hoque, 59, was injured. Party workers rushed him to the nearby CHC, the statement said.
Meghalaya TMC candidate SG Esmatur Mominin is in contact with the injured, the AITC added.
