Shillong, Feb 19: Two Congress MDCs and one former MDC will join the NPP on Monday.
Batskhem Ryntathiang from Mairang, Carness Sohshang (Mawkyrwat) and Donovan Kharwanlang, ex-MDC from Sohra, will join the NPP at 3 pm at a function to be held at the party office.
