Shillong,June 4: VPP’s Ricky AJ Syngkon has emerged as the winner at the end of counting of EVMs on Tuesday.
Pending the postal votes, the VPP candidate defeated Congress nominee Vincent Pala by a margin of 3,70,899 votes.
