Shillong, April 15: Atlanta D Shira, a bodybuilder from Garo Hills, has won a gold medal at the National Physique Championship (NPC) Tripura Championship 2025.
Congratulating Shira, Chief Minister Conrad Sangma wrote on X, formerly Twitter, “Through sheer discipline and dedication over the years, Atlanta has worked his way to becoming a fitness icon in Garo Hills and an inspiration to many fitness enthusiasts.”

“He also won the NPC Rajasthan Championship in March. Well done, Atlanta!” he added.
