Shillong, Feb 19: Shillong MP Ricky Andrew J Syngkon passed away on Thursday evening.
VPP leaders confirmed the death of Syngkon who was admitted to Roberts Hospital here.

According to sources, Syngkon collapsed after playing football in the city.
