The new album is in their signature Naga Howeymusic genre which is a fusion of Naga folk tunes with various forms of modern rhythms and has seven tracks with six Naga folk fusion and one with Indian beats. There are seven tracks, of which Chathe Breeze is a reggae song which describes the soothing effect the river breeze brings during the hot summer months in and around Dimapur while Asen Lima (Our Land) is in Ao-Naga dialect which highlights the danger of  Nagas becoming a minority in their land.

The tracks are a mixture of vocals and instrumentals with the indigenous Naga wind bamboo musical instrument called Bamhum as the leading instrument, which gives the raw exotic tone blended with Naga chants and cries and occasional choruses. Tikzik, the bamboo percussion with multiple sounds, is also used.

Formed in 1991, Abiogenesis has survived for 33 years because of the love and support shown continuously by the people. The members are Arenla Subong on vocals and lead bamhum, Aso Kinavi Yim on drums and Tikzik, Kora Aier on bass and Moa Subong on rhythm guitar, bamhum, tikzik and harmonica.
