Shillong, April 29: The lawyer for the four accused, including Raj Kushwaha, in the murder case of Raja Raghuvanshi has moved bail in the district and sessions court on Wednesday.
The move is after the prime accused, Sonam Raghuwanshi secured bail on April 28..

Yobin said the same procedural lapses are the ground for moving the bail.
On April 28, the court granted bail to Sonam as she was not intimated about the reason when the arrest was made.
According to Yobin, the court reserved the bail order.
