Shillong, Nov 27: BJP legislator AL Hek has petitioned Goa Chief Minister Pramod Pandurang Sawant against the alleged controversial “Tales of Kamasutra and Christmas celebration” event in Goa.
In the letter addressed to the Goa chief minister on Thursday, Hek, who is also the BJP national executive member, said, “I am writing this letter to you which has come to my knowledge through an advertisement on the social platform in the name of Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh Foundation in Goa about the event where the content shows obscene and vulgar image in the “Tales of Kamasutra & Christmas Celebration” which is not acceptable in the society and particularly in Christian community.
Hek, who is the Chairman of the State Government Programme Implementation & Monitoring Committee (SGPI&MC), urged the chief minister to verify and find out the facts of the content as to whether it is authentic or not and if found true, action should be taken as per law against those organisers involved.
