Shillong, Oct 2: Health and Family Welfare Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh visited the victims of explosion at Keating Road at Shillong Civil Hospital on Sunday.
Three permanent residents of Barpeta, Assam were injured with 10% to 40% burns. Of the injured, one patient with higher burn wounds was referred to Guwahati and two others will be referred to Barpeta.

Other two patients are in stable condition and fit to be transported to a higher facility and home town of the injured, a statement by the minister said on Monday.
