Shillong, Aug 1: The state BJP protested against the manner of investigation against BJP leader Bernard Marak and the alleged harassment of party leaders and workers in Garo Hills.
Protests were held in Shillong and Tura ( in picture) demanding the removal of the SP and the DC.

Party president Ernest Mawrie said the BJP is annoyed over the manner in which the police and the district administration handled all issues arising out of case related to Bernard.
A BJP delegation is meeting the Governor Satya Pal Malik in this regard.
