Shillong, June 18: The body of one of the three fishermen who went missing on June 17 morning in West Khasi Hills due to flood was recovered on Sunday.
According to the police, the body of Shillingbest Langrin (40) was recovered while two of his friends, Kmenlang Nonglang (28) and Hubert Marthong (41) are missing.

All the three are from Maweit in West Khasi Hills.
The incident happened while they were fishing at the Sdad Dylla area of the Wah Blei river under Maweit.
Earlier, the police had pressed into service Search & Rescue Team (SRT) to trace the missing persons.
