Shillong, July 2: A BSF vehicle met with an accident at Nakham Bazar, Tura, West Garo Hills and damaged six light motor vehicles ( LMVs) and injured four persons, on Saturday morning.
West Garo Hills SP VS Rathore said around 11:30 am, the BSF truck (AS-01-KC-1775) belonging to 181 battalion dashed against the vehicles.

The driver and handyman of the BSF vehicle and two civilians, including a lady, sustained simple injuries.
“The reason for the accident is told to be break failure. The actual reason will be clear after MV Inspection”, the official said.
An FIR was lodged at Tura police station and a case was registered.
