Shillong, Oct 22: The Returning Officer of Rajabala constituency has restricted GHADC CEM Bendict Marak from campaigning further for violating model code of conduct.
Marak campaigned for party candidate even after 7 pm on October 18 and hence he was restrained from campaigning further.

Earlier, there was allegation that he had threatened the voters of the area but after the police probe, this was not found to be true.
