Resubelpara, Oct 1: A cleaning drive was organised at Dekachang market here on Friday under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports initiative. Local residents, including vendors in the market who are part of the Dekachang Bazar Committee along with the Nehru Yuba Kendra, joined the drive. The initiative, taken by the Nehru Yuba Kendra, will continue till October 31. Linda K Sangma, deputy director of the Kendra, along with others carried out door-to-door awareness campaign on cleanliness.
