Shillong,Jan 12: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and Health Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh stopped at Mawkdok, Sohra to help two tourists from Assam who were injured on Sunday morning.

“The tourists were in their vehicle on their way back from Sohra and they met with an accident at Mawkdok They sustained minor injuries after their vehicle turned turtle”, an official said.
Conrad and Ampareen were coming back from Sohra after the cabinet retreat.
Doctor attached with the chief minister examined the victims and an ambulance was called to send them to hospital.
