Shillong, March 11: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and Cabinet Minister James Sangma were absent from the Assembly even on Friday.
In their absence, Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong and Home Minister Lahkmen Rymbui replied to the queries in the Assembly.

Earlier on Thursday, they did not attend the session as they were camping in Imphal during the counting of votes.
The NPP secured only 7 seats though the party’s expectations were high.
