Conrad calls on Telangana CM in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Sept 7 (UNI): Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma called on Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao (KCR) at his official residence Pragathi Bhavan here on Thursday. Both leaders reportedly discussed the political situation in the country.

A release from CM’s office said that the Maghalaya CM paid a courtesy call. On his arrival at Pragathi Bhavan, Sangama was accorded a cordial welcome by KCR. The CM hosted high tea to Sangma and held an informal talk.

On the occasion, CM KCR felicitated Meghalaya CM with a shawl and a memento. Later, the CM bid farewell to Sangma.

Telangana Ministers KT Rama Rao, T Harish Rao, Errabelli Dayakar Rao, Planning Commission Vice Chairman B Vinod Kumar. former union minister Venugopala Chari and others are present.

Discussed Sister State partnership between Telangana and Meghalaya. Telangana is one of the leading states in the country and we hope that the partnership brings a breakthrough in grassroots (sic), entrepreneurship and IT development of Meghalaya, making the partnership a wholesome model of how small states and big states can be a part of each other’s growth story. Look forward to positive outcomes,” Sangma posted on X, formerly Twitter.
