Shillong, Aug 18: The district court here on Friday sent three rebels of National Liberation Council of Nongkyndong (NLCN) to 10 days of police custody. Another cadre who was to be produced before the court fell ill and hence he was hospitalised, a police official said.

Earlier on Thursday, five members were produced before the court and the police secured 8 days of custody.
Out of 11 members of the group, the juvenile who claimed himself to be the chairman of the outfit was sent to juvenile home while the woman who is the recruiter and record keeper, is admitted in hospital.
