Shiillong, Sept 10: The director of health services (MI) Dr Aman War has informed that the late legislator SK Sunn tested positive for Covid-19.
“RAT test was done and found to be Covid-19 positive,” he said.

The funeral of Sunn (63) who passed away at 5 pm at his residence at Mawngap will be held on Saturday.
Dr War said that all formalities will have to be completed before 12 noon as per protocols and strict Covid-19 SOPs will be followed.
According to the status in the last 24 hours, seven persons died of Covid. The number of new Covid cases was 188 and the new recoveries were 144.
