Shillong, May 26: The number of persons died due to Covid in the state during the last 24 hours is 10 whereas the new cases are 846.
East Khasi Hills has eight deaths followed by one each in West Jaintia Hills and East Jaintia Hills.

The new recoveries are 752 and the state recorded a total of 8055 active cases till date.
