Shillong, August 7: A group of Tagore lovers in the city will pay tribute to Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore on Sunday on his 80th death anniversary.
Malabika Bisharad, the organiser of the programme, along with a few others will pay floral tribute to the statue of the Bengal bard at Brookside in Rilbong. In a media statement, Bisharad said the district administration has given permission for 10 guests. A cultural programme will follow on social media at noon.
