Shillong, Oct 19: Ruchir C Marak, the son of former minister Deborah Marak, emerged champion of Suv category in the 9th Horse Power Challenge organised by Nagaland Adventure Club from October 13 to 14 at Agri Expo Ground, Dimapur.
He won first prize in the contest.
