Shillong, Oct 27: The Deputy Commissioner (Excise), East Khasi Hills district has declared ‘dry days’ from 4 pm of October 28 upto October 30 being the pre-polling and polling days respectively; and on November 2 being the counting day in all areas falling under the Mawryngkneng and Mawphlang Assembly constituencies.
