Shillong, Feb 3: The election of chairman of KHADC will be held on Monday following the resignation of Pyniaid Sing Syiem and proposal of senior NPP MDC Lamphrang Blah as the new chairman during the meeting of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) held on Thursday.
With the Congress deciding not to field any candidate, the chairman will be elected unopposed.
