Shillong, Sept 12: The fifth prisoner identified as Ramesh Dkhar (25) who was part of the lynched prisoners, was arrested by the police around 12 pm on Monday, a police official informed.
Dkhar is a resident of Mihmyntdu, West Jaintia Hills.

He escaped from the clutches of the angry mob that had lynched four prisoners on Sunday.
The sixth prisoner, Rikamenlang Lamare, is still at large.
