Shillong, Mar 27:The filing of nominations for the April 19 Lok Sabha polls ended on Wednesday with AITC candidate for Tura Zenith Sangma being the last applicant.

Zenith was accompanied by AITC leader Mukul Sangma and other party leaders and members.
“We stand resolute in our commitment to advocate for the welfare of the people of Meghalaya and to usher in the progress and development they rightfully deserve”, the party leaders said after filing the nominations.
The scrutiny of nominations will be held on Thursday.
