Shillong, May 14: A youth was beaten to death allegedly by the headman of Pynter village and the village defence party members, on April 7.
According to the FIR filed before Sadar Police station, on May 5, the victim Trophimos Khongmawlo died under mysterious circumstances.

The FIR filed by his father Netnobiweit Khongsdong refers to a video of attack on the victim.
