Shillong, July 2: The state recorded five more deaths and 365 new cases in the last 24 hours.
The new recoveries are 365.

The total deceased Covid patients till date are 849.
School vaccination
Bhaitbari Higher Secondary School, West GaroHills district became the first school to get all teachers, staff and adult students to get vaccinated with 1st dose of Covid vaccine.
Tweeting this, the chief minister said, “ Good initiative by the school authority & the District Administration. Let us get #vaccinated”.
