According to the letter to the DC, the appointment is not as per the notification of education department of Meghalaya government.

The GHYO had already filed a complaint to the Director of School Education and Literacy, Meghalaya for the immediate cancelation of such illegal and unlawful appointment of the unqualified candidate.

Karimul was appointed in violation of the ‘office notification No. EDN.190/2011/Pt/333, dated 1st July, 2020, Government of Meghalaya, Education Department, issued by the Principal Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Education, Department’.
