Shillong, Jan 23: Governor Satya Pal Malik has written to Chief Minister Conrad Sangma to spare one of the buildings in the city visited by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose as heritage site.
The move comes after Malabika Bisharad from Rilbong wrote to the governor regarding the need to preserve the historical places visited by Netaji as heritage sites.
