Shillong,Oct 17: The High Court of Meghalaya will hear the pending case related to Harijan Colony on October 29.
Earlier, the court wanted status quo on the matter.

However, the high level committee recently recommended shifting of the residents from the colony.
The Harijan Panchayat Committee has rejected the report of the panel by saying that it was one sided as the Committee did not have any representation in it.
