Shillong, Aug 31: BJP leader and cabinet minister AL Hek said on Thursday that the party member HM Shangpliang did not communicate that he would be joining NPP.
“He (Shangpliang) met me but he did not tell anything about joining the NPP”, Hek said.

When asked,Hek doubted whether there will be any agreement on MDA common candidate to contest both Shillong and Tura seats.
