Indian Women’s first ODI in Brisbane on Dec 5

Shillong, Dec 4: The Indian Women’s team’s first ODI against Australia Women will be played at 9.50 am (India time) on December 5 in Brisbane.

Naba Bhattacharjee, President of the Meghalaya Cricket Association, is the Manager of the Indian team. As part of his duties, he was involved in a pre-match meeting with ICC Match Referee Dave Gilbert, Field Umpires, 3rd and 4th Umpires on Wednesday.

The Indian contingent left Mumbai on November 30 en route to Brisbane, which will host the first two ODIs at the Allan Border Field. The third one-day match will move to the famous WACA Ground in Perth on 11 December. The series is part of the 2022-2025 ICC Women’s Championship. Harmanpreet Kaur will captain the Indian team, with Smriti Mandhana as vice-captain.
