Shillong, Former BJP leader JA Lyngdoh will join the Congress at Congress Bhavan on Friday at 3 PM.
Lyngdoh, who contested from the BJP, had lost to Adelbert Nongrum MLA to a narrow margin in the last Assembly polls in 2018.

On September 6, Lyngdoh resigned from the BJP in protest against the style and functioning of the state party leadership.
