Kargil war hero Capt Clifford Nongrum remembered

Shillong,July1: The  GOC 101 area, on behalf of all ranks laid a wreath to honour the supreme sacrifice made by Capt Keishing Clifford Nongrum, MVC (posthumous) during the operation for capture of Point 4812 on his 22nd death anniversary.
