Official demarcation of boundary is essential before drawing the map.

Later, speaking to reporters, Opposition Leader Titosstarwell Chyne said the boundary of the KHADC should be based on the boundary of various Elakas (traditional administration)

According to Chyne, as the boundary of Elakas should be the base for KHADC boundary and map, the state government should also consult the council and the traditional heads before demarcating the boundary.

Chyne said during his tenure as CEM, he had convened a meeting of heads of Elakas and they had brought maps and list of villages indicating boundary.

Based on the meetings, the KHADC had prepared a report which was sent to the state government.
