Shillong, Jan 4: Saidin Ali (in picture) involved in grievously hurting Deva Kharkongor (23) of Nongsohphoh on January 1 has been arrested, police said.
The arrest was made after a chase by Jhalupara Police.

Deva was stabbed by Saidin(27) with scissors causing injuries to the victim’s eyes and ribs.
He was taken to NEIGRIHMS for medical treatment.
The incident was reported from Shillong cantonment area at night.
