Shillong, June 1: Chief Minister Conrad Sangma will chair a meeting with stakeholders of Garo Hills in Tura on June 3 to discuss both roster system and reservation policy.
Law minister Ampareen Lyngdoh said she will also attend the meeting.

According to the minister, the chief minister has already held meeting with the stakeholders from Khasi Hills.
The pressure groups from Garo Hills wanted a a meeting with the government in Garo Hills and not in Shillong and hence the meeting was scheduled in Tura.
The government on Thursday notified the formation an expert commitee to review the state reservation policy.
