Shillong, April 7: Meghalaya got Rs 192 crore for additional borrowing for undertaking the stipulated reforms in power sector.
Total ten states were granted additional borrowing permission.

An official statement in this regard said that the department of expenditure, Ministry of Finance, has granted additional borrowing permission of Rs 28,204 crore to 10 sates for undertaking the stipulated reforms in power sector in 2021-22.
