Shillong, Aug 4: PHE Minister Renikton Lyngdoh Tongkhar has conducted inspection of Greater Rymbai Water Supply Scheme and Synrang Umlawe Combined Water Supply Scheme in East Jaintia Hills district on Wednesday.
The Greater Rymbai Water Supply Scheme was sanctioned at a cost of Rs 66 crore and the Synrang Umlawe Combined Water Supply Scheme at Rs 114 crore respectively.

Issue related to the upgradation of the SDO PHE Electrical from Sub-Division to the Division level was also discussed.
