Shillong, March 31: The MoU on final border agreement signed on March 29 in New Delhi in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah was out on social media on March 30 though the stakeholders, pressure groups and the Opposition had asked the government to release it.
As the copies of the MoU were circulated on WhatsApp, the matter was cross- checked with an official who confirmed on March 31that it was genuine.

The government is yet to release the MoU officially.
