Shillong, Aug 17: The Meghalaya Peoples’ Human Rights Council (MPHRC) has welcomed the state government’s decision to institute a judicial probe into the killing of former HNLC leader Cherishstarfield Thangkhiew in his house at Mawlai-Kynton Massar on August 13.
