Shillong, Feb 20: Trinamool Congress leader Mukul Sangma missed a press meet in the city on Monday owing to bad weather. In its tweet, AITC Meghalaya said, “Due to poor weather conditions at the original landing site, in Shillong city & deliberate denial of landing permission at Umroi Airport, Dr. @mukulsangma’s chopper couldn’t land, compelling him to return.“
