Mukul silent on deserting Congress
Media reports say CLP leader to leave party with 12 MLAs

Shillong, Sept 30: The CLP leader, Mukul Sangma is silent on deserting the Congress with 12 MLAs.
Following media reports that Mukul will leave the party with some MLAs, this reporter sought a response from him via whatsapp but he did not send any reply.

Sources said that Mukul returned to Shillong from Delhi after apprising his displeasure with some AICC leaders on the manner in which the MPCC team was formed.
However, the AICC did not hold any meeting with both the MPCC president Vincent Pala and the CLP leader Mukul though they were in New Delhi .
When contacted on Thursday, Pala said the issue regarding the new MPCC team is dealt by the AICC and hence he cannot make any comments.
