Shillong, Nov 27: NEHU Vice Chancellor PS Shukla is planning to come back after the expiry of his leave on November 29.
According to sources, Shukla is keen to come back though the teachers and the students of the University are opposing his return.

The sources said that the VC may also seek additional security from the state goverment.
It is yet to be known whether the state will provide security to the VC.
The central probe team is expected to submit the report on NEHU affairs to the Centre on November 29.
