NGEA gives seven-day ultimatum to GHADC
Shillong, Sept 9: The Non-Gazetted Employees Association, Tura (NGEA) has submitted a seven-day ultimatum to the Chief Executive Member, Garo Hills Autonomous District Council, Tura, demanding to revoke the suspension order issued on August 6 against seven executive members of NGEA, Tura and to recall the termination order against Senora Johny Arengh, the president of the NGEA.
The president of the NGEA was terminated from his service and other seven executive members of NGEA were placed under suspension by the initiative taken by the principle secretary to the Executive Committee of GHADC based on the resolution moved by the EC on August 5.

The NGEA said if the decisions are not revoked, there will be further course of action.
