Shillong, April 14: The PDF general secretary, Auspicious Lyngdoh Mawphlang said on Friday that the party MLAs had not discussed the talks about the merger with NPP at the party (PDF) level.
When pointed about the media reports of MLAs, Banteidor Lyngdoh and Gavin Mylliem who are in talks with the NPP, Mawphlang said, “I am not aware about it . We are yet to discuss the matter but we have to meet”.

According to media reports quoting both the MLAs, the NPP had approached the PDF MLAs for merger but the NPP sources claimed that the offer came from the PDF MLAs.
